Collecting messages of hope
How does one capture messages of hope? They build a user-fed website of course. Users visiting the “Hope Is” website were able to fill in the sentence, “Hope is _______.” They could even send or share the message to inspire someone in their lives affected by cancer. The messages were then collected into one shape to demonstrate that we are stronger together.

The Hope Wall
We launched “Hope is” as part of the grand opening of the Cancer Center. Working with creative technology partner, Adobe XD in San Francisco, our team created a “Hope Wall.” A massive, rear-projected interactive display allowed participants to walk up to the monitor and in their own handwriting write what hope is to them. Moments later their message, larger than life, would rewrite on the “Hope Wall.” These same messages were also collected on the website.
