I want to understand the whole problem and how the pieces relate, where things are breaking down, and what might be missing. The answer might be a stronger brand, a smarter system, a better experience, or some combination of all three. I carry that thinking all the way through, knowing the work can lead somewhere better.<\/p>\n

My work has spanned technology, logistics, healthcare, education, financial services, ecommerce, and automotive, with organizations including Microsoft, FedEx, Michaels, Kohler, and Harley-Davidson.<\/p>\n
